Survivor Utah!

Out wit, out last, out ski!

Anyhow, enough of that foolishness.  How about some pictures?

Pete's pix

John's photos are in one big bunch,  sorted chronologically.

Kyle's  photos  - Kyle and John  went snowmobiling Wednesday afternoon.

Saturday, we got in, got the cars,  waited for everyone to arrive, got groceries and beer, etc.

Sunday, we skied Park City because it was nice and close. John has some photos of that. (see above)

Monday,  we skied at Snowbird. We didn't take many  pictures because it was snowing like mad!

Beth showed up briefly.

Brendan's photos are broken up by resort. sort of:

Tuesday, we had fresh tracks at Solitude. The back sided bowl was sick. Nearly  vertical, Jen lost a ski and we spent 20 minutes looking for it in 2 feet of powder.

Solitude

Wednesday, Jen, Brendan and Catherine hit the Canyons. It's the largest resort in Utah.

The Canyons

Thursday, the crew went to Brighton. Brighton is supposedly to snowboarders what Alta is to skiers.

Brighton ski resort  Brighton  was amazing - the powder was waist deep.

We waited in a line for Big Cottonwood Canyon to open in the morning as it was closed for avalanche control.

Alta was our last stop. Jen and Brendan hit Alta, while John and Kyle hit The Canyons.

Alta   It  was fairly warm and skied off by Friday. Official Alta map

There are also a few foolish pictures of hot tubbing in there randomly.
